2. Description of Service
Toldya is a personal media streaming platform that allows you to:
- Stream your personal music collection from your local devices
- Organize and manage your media library
- Access your content from anywhere with an internet connection
- Use companion software to scan and upload metadata from your local files
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.
4. User Content and Ownership
4.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to the media files you upload or stream through Toldya. The Service only stores metadata about your files, not the actual media files themselves.
4.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to stream and share any content you upload to the Service. You agree not to upload or stream:
- Content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
- Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
- Malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
4.3 License to Toldya
By uploading metadata to Toldya, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this metadata solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Subscription Plans

5.1 Free Plan
The Free plan provides basic access to the Service with certain limitations on storage, features, and usage.
5.2 Paid Plans
Paid subscription plans (Basic, Pro) offer additional features and increased limits. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
5.3 Billing and Cancellation
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice

The Toldya Companion software is provided "as is" for scanning and streaming your local media files. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring the companion software has appropriate permissions on your system
- Maintaining the security of your local files and network
- Keeping the companion software updated to the latest version
8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Toldya and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Extended periods of inactivity
